What is an electronic book?
An electronic book is a book which you can read on the computer (or print
from your computer). It can be anywhere from a few pages long to several
hundred. The format of most of these books is PDF and is read by a special
program. Both are explained below.
What is a PDF file and how do I access it?
PDF files are documents which can be read on any computer. You simply need
the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in to read them. You can read these documents
directly on your computer or can print them out and read them elsewhere. PDF
files maintain all the original layout of a document and, therefore, make it
easy to share these documents across the Internet. (The layout of a Web
page, an HTML file, can vary significantly from one browser to another).
How do I get the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in?
If you have Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later or Internet Explorer 4.0 or
later, Adobe Acrobat Reader is already part of your browser and you can open
any pdf file simply by clicking on the link. If you have an older version of
these two browsers or a different browser, you may need to download Adobe
Acrobat Reader. It's quick and easy. Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/
acrobat/readstep.html and you can download the program file there. Remember
to bookmark this page so you can return to it!
How do I use Adobe Acrobat Reader?
In most cases, you'll only need rudimentary knowledge of the program to use
it. When you open your document, you will be able to page through it simply
by clicking on the page buttons in the lower left corner (or if there is an
index or table of contents shown, you can following the hyperlinks -- like a
web page). If the pages or words are too small, increase the percentage in
the lower left hand corner.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Yes. We use a secure server (SSL) and the latest encryption technology to
keep your information safe. We use a third party financial institution,
which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying
information only to verify the credit card numbers and process the
transactions.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Due to the nature of our digital products, once they are paid for and downloaded there is unfortunately no refund.
Q. What is your privacy policy?

not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside person or

A. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Q. Are there any discounts?
A. We offer quantity discount for some products, but please
contact us for additional information. At any given time a particular product might also
be highlighted for an additional discount.
Q. What are the shipping/handling charges and sales tax?
A. There are no shipping/handling and sales tax because it is downloaded over the internet and (great news!) because it is sold in Montana, there is no sales tax.

Q. What makes these stories so different?
A. All of our stories are unique because they are based on universal principles and truths found in the world's religions. These are stories that are available on to you at any time; just download them on your computer.
A. The multimedia digital stories are also recorded digitally so you can hear them being read as you watch the timed graphics and listen to the background music.
Q. What's the difference between a principle and a value?
A. Universal principles do not change with the passing of time because they are timeless. Values often change as the culture changes. For example, a value that is advocated by a gang involved in criminal activities may not be one that many parents would want for their children. This is the reason why we advocate teaching children timeless principles wherever possible.
Q. Why did you start this business?
A. We were very concerned about the trend in today's society as well as in the nations of the world of continuing hatred towards groups of people simply because they are different. Hand in hand with this, is the increase of violence even by children as a seemingly legitimate way of solving problems. Out of a sense of frustration, we decided to do something that would have a positive effect on children because they are our future.
